Pros

I didn't find anything good here.

Cons

Everything is bad apart from salary. No one in india have right to change anything in org sturcture. Online people are not good. Unwanted work pressure mainly in IS team. Please don't join in IS team. They useless training and they tell if we ask anything, we have given the training. There is no work from home option. if we tell anything concern to HR also, they don't have power to solve this. most of my friends join there and resigned within 2 or 3 months.

Pros

Talented people very few in the company if you get a chance to work with them it is good. Else maximum 90% of the people are useless in the company

Cons

Highly political, biased, no transparency, no promotions based on merit. Horrible work place with peanut salary and expect them to show world class performance with pathetic salary and horrible work environment. No training to any employees, even to spend 500 bucks, management will ask 100 questions should we give this. Mid level managers are horrible with no talent and will crush talent if they see any with loads of politics.

Pros

There is no pros to work, because uour getting salary so your working.here work culture kills the employee enthusiasm to learn any thing...

Cons

Work culture is worst, there is no planing at all for any sprints... they wont see the productivity of the work, they only watch how many hours you spent in office. management feels proud for stretching work hours for late nights and working every weekend through out the year ..they consider it has good work culture but they never try for proper planing. they says they follow agile work culture actually they dont follows any standard process they will find the requirement in testing stage , usually after requirement analysis, designing ,development, testing follows but here requirment and design( architecture pf product done at testing stage...due to this they never delivery the product on time .their basic funda to delivery the product on time is over load the employees with late night and weekend work...and they feel proud to work that way. but never do proper planing for any releases
