1. u will get good pay based on your tacties

Cons

1. No management.. 2. bad work flow. 3. repetition of work. 4. complete weekends. 5. no work life balance 6. firing and hiring concepts without reasons. 7. firing and then give one party to other team members to stop other people thoughts. and giving 500 to family lunch.. 8. All employees are labours. 9. complete politics. 10. completely depending on other teams.

Latest Technology Salary, No Variable Pay You will get lots of work here, apart from your daily responsibilities.

Cons

No Work Life balance, Managers treats you as labour work work work..stretch yourself .. Weekdays they expect you to work at least for 11 hours and then come on Saturdays, Sundays too.. No work ethics, Poor Management, No employee friendly policies, No Technical Growth..You will get a work like factory where you wont learn new things.. favouritism works here, butter polishing is must to survive here They do lay off frequently ...in my one year career they lay-off thrice

No Work Life balance, Managers treats you as labour work work work..stretch yourself .. Weekdays they expect you to work at least for 11 hours and then come on Saturdays, Sundays too.. No work ethics, Poor Management, No employee friendly policies, No Technical Growth..You will get a work like factory where you wont learn new things.. favouritism works here, butter polishing is must to survive here They do lay off *80% people regret to join here
