Pros

Opportunity to be part of, and put your stamp on, the early stages of something amazing. Talented and diverse team bringing various levels of experience across some of the biggest names in the valley. Disrupting a legacy industry.

Cons

With any hyper growth startup, growing pains can be experienced. Thankfully we make quick iterations and have taught ourselves to constantly be looking to improve the product and the customer journey.

Pros

-Great product -May not have all the bells and whistles that competitors have but has a much better UI and ease of use is on point -Engineers and product team seem to really be on top of their game -No processes are in place so if you are someone who thinks they can reorganize a team or company this could be a good challenge for you -Freedom to make the job your own -Compensation would be really good if people were hitting their quotas -Front line employees are great people who are smart and working to build out this company -Solid location -Basic tech perks

Cons

Realistically things change quick in the start up works, with that said take this with a grain of salt but in my experience this is what I noticed: - Less than 15% of the sales team hit their quota for 4th quarter of 2015 - Very few managers have sold the product and if they did they sold it when they were doing month to month contracts. (yearly contracts are now the norm) - Managers lack experience and product knowledge. They have little value to provide to team members. (Upside of this is that you to make the roll your own) -There is a clear disconnect between upper management and the rest of the sale org. -No office culture -At the end of the day this is a phone system and it's competing in a very saturated market.

Dynamic space for high performers

Pros

*Perks of a start up from an experience perspective, an impact perspective, and opportunity perspective. One of the things that impressed me early on (interview process and beyond) was that although it is a start up and we are still developing team and processes, there is a sense of calm that comes from solid leadership. Both CEO & COO are grounded and intend on setting the tone across team and adjusting when necessary.

Cons

*Since it's a start-up processes are still being built out and teams are changing and adapting as does our overall business. *As long as there continues to be transparency at a high level, folks will have faith in the direction the company is growing in.
