Pros

- Great young, smart employees looking to make change and win. - Typical SF software perks

Cons

- Culture - the leadership has no connection to the employees and don't make any attempt to foster a good environment. Employee generally seem timid towards leadership. - Poor Management - Product doesn't change the world, so the target market isn't impressive - Zero fun - 'Cadillac' product for a market w/o decision making power

Great Company, still figuring out how to show it though

Pros

They have a great product and a team that is focused on delivering the best end user experience. Customer centric culture with a great group of people to work with. Management is open to listen to employees with ideas on how to improve the processes or product. Great investor backing.

Cons

Sales Management is still trying to figure out how to sell the product correctly, little to no training given when first hired, and no new hire has hit quota (12 AEs since august). Very quiet and reserved culture in the office.

Strong sense of ownership; You can work with very smart people; Opportunity for growth; Very easy to access the management team; Encouragement to work on what you are passionate about .

Cons

The company is growing very fast and there are some processes that need to be build. I know that this is something that the management team is working on.
