      Flexibility and being able to work remotely

      Cons

      Confusing pay model where you have to work like crazy to meet actual advertised compensation, expect earnings to plummet if you try to use PTO, leadership vague and not transparent when asked certain questions, low employee morale

      Wonderful people work here in all departments. Work from home. Flexible.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, leadership gaslights, its a venture capital funded company and in the end its ALWAYS about the bottom line.

      Culturally diverse Good clinicians Good health insurance

      Cons

      Recruiters lure you in with high incentive salaries , which are in reality over promised and underproduced . Company outsources phone calls . So you as a physician end up filtering phone messages all day and responding to endless messages in addition to seeing your current patient load. Would have to work non stop and take no days off to get the numbers that they promised
