Great Flexibility, Young immature leadership

Pros

Company has a good business model with deep investment pockets from a perfect pandemic product. Flexibility to work from home helped.

Cons

Young leadership shows their immaturity and lack of experience with poor decision making, caring more about how they look to the public with disparity in how they treat and pay staff. Open office yielded lack of confidentiality when necessary.

Many perks but difficult to achieve advertised salary

-work from home -flexible location and schedule -good co-workers -very good health insurance - can choose patient populations you want to work with

Cons

No administrative time, difficult to acheive advertisized salary without working more than full time and if you don't want to do mostly ADHD evaluations. Shortage of stimulants created hours of extra work for prescribers and limited support was offered to help with this. Seemed to be ultimately priortizing profits over other values
