Pros

Flexible working environment Company-paid medical benefits

Cons

The company lacks strong leadership. The pervasive mindset that “everyone is replaceable” has deeply shaped the culture, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unsupported. Recognition and compensation often appear to be tied to favoritism rather than merit, which further erodes trust and morale. There is little to no sense of a cohesive company culture. Employees operate in fear of making mistakes, knowing they may be called out in public forums rather than supported through growth.

Pros

There are many dedicated and highly skilled clinicians doing meaningful work here. The organization does place importance on clinical quality, and several colleagues are thoughtful, collaborative, and mission-driven.

Cons

The broader employee experience often feels transactional. There’s a clear emphasis on efficiency and output, sometimes at the expense of treating people as more than interchangeable parts of a larger system. Job insecurity is a constant undercurrent and noticeably shapes daily interactions. Leadership’s style can feel deliberately abrasive, reinforcing a culture that leans more on fear and control than on trust and autonomy. Unless that kind of environment appeals to you, it may be worth looking elsewhere.
