low base salary no support for prior auths and other.forms no scribe assistance for documentation No adjustment in productivity payment when you take PTO; you lose income when you take PTO though the company considers it paid PTO because you are paid your base salary

Clinician feedback is extremely important to us, as we are constantly looking for ways to enhance and improve our current processes and policies. We hear you, and please know we have several initiatives in play to address what you have cited above. We are currently evaluating dictation tools to improve our clinician experience; We are also launching a new program in January 2025 to ensure taking PTO does not have a significant effect on your annual earning potential, outside of your base salary. Many of our clinicians successfully reach their financial goals with us! We encourage you to partner with your operational and clinical leadership to address any concerns you may have.
