Working Remotely and helping patients navigate their mental health challenges.

Cons

Their "compensation" algorithm is not transparent--and most physicians who work here feel mislead. Any time you ask a question/support--you're given a canned response such as "we will look into it". Save your energy and find another organization to work with.

Pros

Pretty good health benefits with amazing coverage but a bit pricey. Dental was very good. 401k match with vesting period.

Cons

If you work in a corporate, they will not treat you equally as if you’re on the clinical side of the business. The corporate side is very hectic unorganized placed. Leadership doesn’t have good strategy, and I feel like they don’t know in what direction they should be moving the company. One day they make decision to hire bunch of people, and then few months later, they start layoffs. I also want to tell that leadership are often lying to their employees, and pretend like nothing happened. There is also micromanagement from CEO all the way down to each department.
