      Pros

      This practice is second to none! After many years in healthcare, I am finally part of a group who values their employees and puts the clinicians first. Leadership is solution oriented and they truly follow the mission, vision, and values of the practice. With a newer company comes bumps and hurdles but they are committed to working through those challenges as a team. The culture leadership has formed is one people value and WANT to be a part of. They show value and appreciation for employees, which translates to loyalty and commitment from their team. Providing accessible mental healthcare in this country through their insurance is so valuable. So often there are only cash pay outpatient options but Talkiatry is reaching those who didn't have other options before. Benefits, compensation, and retirement is very competitive as well.

      Cons

      At just over 2 years old, there are a few "growing pains" that is to be expected.

      Great people, tons of admin and clerical support, very responsive leadership, excellent compensation and benefits, way more flexibility and autonomy than other outpatient settings

      Cons

      Pace can be intense at times - that is true of any outpatient setting these days.
