Pros

I love this Job, granted its my first real adult job, it's amazing!! The people are so great and kind never been in such a great work space. You get the opportunity to grow in the company as long as you make the effort and show interest. We work as a team always! Help each other out with any task or question. Since we are a start up things are always changing, but management always ask/take our feedback! Glad to be apart of this team!!

Cons

Its cold in the office.

Pros

-Excellent work-life balance. -Excellent, no cost health benefits. -Excellent FT staff for all administrative needs. -Focus solely on clinical work -Wonderful CEO and CMO, who share a vision for the future of mental healthcare, which I subscribe to. -Ability to work fully remote. -Gorgeous office spaces -Ample opportunity for consultation -Consistent flow of patients -Absolutely wonderful patient populations.

Cons

-Inadequate PTO as a healthcare provider (3 weeks cumulative per year, which includes sick time) -Mild concern due to uncertainty of growth trajectory for psychotherapist. -Administration encourages back-to-back scheduling of patients, which may be effective for psychiatry, but is absolutely not conducive for talk therapy. I am also fearful that this may ultimately lead to burnout. -Very poor clarity on incentivized compensation model.
