Pros

Great working conditions with all the toys. In an industry as big as oil/gas, you get work on top of the line equipment that you might not otherwise get to see.

Cons

Unfortunately, oil/gas means working long hours in very remote locations under austere conditions. You have to love what you are doing, if you are going to succeed.

Is a good place to work. Good schedule, not shift work. Is an expanding company with chances to grow

Cons

Management is lacking. Took a lot of knowledge in the gas pipeline word and are trying to run an liquids line the same way. Not willing to change to get better
