      Pros

      Good location with easy access from all surrounding Denver suburbs.

      Cons

      Severe lack or resources in all areas. If you are not from the Kinder Morgan divestiture or have historical ties to Kinder Morgan your chances of approval are slim. Upper management is greatly out of touch. High level of behind closed door conversations and "he said, she said".
