A positive work place, where I feel comfortable being. Flexibility with time if I need it. Communicates with us as changes are happening, just an overall great place to work!

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say, "cons" but maybe more acknowledgment of praising employees when they are succeeding.

Funds Management dept is awesome and I enjoy my team mates. The work is challenging and rewarding at the end of day and you feel good about assisting and educating other departments and our main goal, the Clients...

Cons

No 401K or Vacation time just PTO time which is 1 day a month depending on your service date... We now have 401K starting in June 2018... GREAT!

Cons

To get a pay increase you have take a test and pass with 80. Pretty sure the managers don't have to take a test to get a pay increase.
