Working with a company that shares my views on customer service and honesty is what makes working for talus so great.

Cons

Time delays while at a place of business is always tough. We are at a day and age that everyone needs information now. Phone call seem to slow things down.

The leadership focuses on building long term value in each and every employee. Through my experience, I have been able to join the Credit Card Processing industry and thrive. I have now been successful with this company for 5 going on 6 years and see potential for even more growth. The resources I have been provided have made me feel very competent and valuable as a member of this industry. There is unlimited growth opportunities here with amazing mentorship along the way.

Cons

There are the regular "cons" that come with any call center job. Negativity happens with client concerns. However, I've found the workplace environment, that I get to call a home, is unlike any other call center I've heard of.

this company has treated me good the whole time that ive worked for them management is awesome and cooperative with anything that comes up and is understanding aswell. ive enjoyed my experience with them.

Cons

PTO accrual is a little amount for tenured reps.
