      Nothing good to report at this time.

      Cons

      Two weeks in, no pay, no activations, wrong equipment sent to customer and they do not give you satisfaction when you ask about activations and why the customer hasn't been activated. Quote from member of management " I get paid commission too, if you don't get paid, neither do I". Right, all BS

      Pros

      This place will leave you flat broke since they only pay you half commissions. The only upside to this is that you'll learn who really loves you in your personal life since you have nothing to offer financially.

      Cons

      You'll lose a lot of friends, possibly your marriage and family may stop talking to you until you find a real job.

      None! they offet you the world and when you enter production, you are on your own, terrible, no growth or support

      Cons

      Micro management is horrible, they overhire and then after a few months lay you off without any notice, and they lie during training about all this benefits, bonuses and perks, but you never see them after.

The team that you most likely worked with did need a lot of development and re-work, which is why the role was added to support that process. Change takes time, consistency and patience.
