Pros

There is some good people to work with, everyday is casual dress, and free beer thursday...yes free beer.

Cons

Poor company planning, always struggling to complete projects, and poor communication make it hard to work there. Benefits are least than competitive and people like to point fingers at each other when something goes wrong no accountability whatsoever. Hint there is a lot people rotation and you are lucky is you last a year.
