Work from home and pay is decent

Cons

Slowly getting more and more corporate as all companies do. It's always downhill after that. Shown with their sick leave and PTO policy. You can only get sick 5 days a year. After that you get attendance points and can be fired for having the flu and being sick too many days in a row. Hard to request PTO off if you actually want to take a vacation. And they'll use your PTO hours if you have internet issues AND give you attendance points that put employment at risk
