rewarding work helping troubleshoot and resolve frustrating issues. Most caller are extremely appreciative.

too much micromanagement; no growth beyond the uppermost department level; monotonous tasks with few special projects assigned; very spotty leadership (some supervisors are amazing and others are abysmal - there is very little in-between)
