      Horrible management, micro manage everything you do. Treat you like a child, work you overtime regularly.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience with your direct manager was not as great. Our HR Business Partners conduct regular check-ins with new hires but also make themselves available for confidential feedback to address leadership styles that adversely affect our employees. We have People Leader trainings that encourage open and honest engagement to build trust and handle conflicts.
