      Good entry into the sales world, tough culture

      Pros

      Tandym was a great launching pad for my sales career - I was pushed hard to meet metrics, expand verticals, and create new relationships.

      Cons

      I found the culture at Tandym volatile - it was common practiced to be ridiculed and yelled at by your superiors in front of fellow employees.

      One of the worst companies and experiences ever

      Unlimited PTO (At managers discretion) Summer Friday 12p offices close May - Sept

      Cons

      -They have SUBSTANTIAL payroll and back-office issues ----They incorrectly or paid late to over 1000 contractors this year alone! ---- They incorrectly pay their internal employees ----- Internal employees constantly have to verify their own commission to assure it is correct --- Company culture is horrible, people are not friendly amongst peers, there is a culture of not having to reply to emails and when you do email people are rude --They think they are so tech centric yet cant even pay staff properly, they continue to role out new tools, technology and processes yet have not even mastered the most simplest -- There is ZERO accountability amongst anyone --People are flat out rude and everyone kicks their duties over the fence

While we’re appreciative that our employees find our Flexible PTO and Summer Fridays to be a great benefit we offer, we recognize assessment for continuous improvement is necessary. To that end, we are doing exactly that to resolve matters with agility and precision. Our systems, processes and new leadership will bring positive impact, and this can only be seen over time. For behavior that attributes to creating a negative environment, these matters should be brought to HR so they can be addressed immediately. We have been making big strides to ensure that any form of toxicity is removed to create a better workplace.
