I have went through the interview process with numerous companies in a variety of different fields and I have to say that my experience with Execu-Search is right up there near the top. It was straight class all the way through! Their hiring manager was a total professional and she always made sure that Once you go in and meet the employees you know why the company is such a success. You feel comfortable with them from the minute you shake hands and they really make an effort to make you feel the family environment. The offices are absolutely gorgeous and the location is as good as can be. I took a leap of faith taking this job and leaving behind a career in Social Work. I have to say that I have not loved a job or place of employment more. The leadership within my division is thorough and goes out of their way to make new employees feel comfortable/successful. Everyone is friendly and they take company culture very seriously here. There are many events held to bond staff together. I see a lot of career potential and hope to be successful here for a long time. It is hard work, but I enjoy being here so I don't mind.
