      Pros

      Technology makes it easy to work from home, decent benefits for an agency

      Cons

      They say that they aren’t metric driven, but that isn’t true at all. They love phone stats and care a lot about how many calls you are making, regardless of how good your results are. Also, there is a ton of miscommunication between management.

We coach and train our staff to be able to hit their goals and if someone is struggling we do our best to understand where they may need more training and offer assistance to them.       Temporary Executive Assistant

      Quality clients and frequent assignments, short gaps between assignments

      Cons

      If you are looking for temp to perm or perm you will get stuck in stuck in a loop of temps due to the agency charging client companies high fees to buy you out.

      Core co-workers, amazing. Above that, not so much.

      Pros

      Accounting Team is amazing. The CFO is one of the best persons I've ever worked for, and would do anything to answer a question or have time to help you complete your task at hand. The main three directors are some of the best colleagues anyone could ask for.

      Cons

      The top of the line management (partners) are not some of the best people to work for. It is strictly a business to them and could not care for a minute about anything besides the money.
