My coworkers were great. Hard working, dependable and fun.

Cons

High turnover and management/partners doesnt really care about developing you. The minute you stop producing, your done. No coaching or help or guidance. Just "here's the door". Pretty scary place to work.

Our Senior Management team and our Managers spend a significant amount of time developing their teams, so I am disappointed that you feel that you did not get that experience. The recruiting industry is a sales business, so although we do not have set metrics, we do have goals for our staff and expect them to be productive.
