      started at execu search about 6 months and have loved every second of it so far. nothing but high hopes going forward

      Pros

      great company culture, and management really looks out for the best in you! it is a high stress work setting but they make it fun

      Cons

      there could be more community engagement, there are weekly charities you can donate to but that’s about it. other than that it’s absolutely awesome here

      Pros

      They took the time to get to know me and are very tentative of my needs and what I am looking for in a job.

      Cons

      They can be a little too pushy at times, if a job is not what I am looking for they insist I interview anyways, even if I don't like anything about the position or company.
