      In the staffing industry (as well as many other sales industries) you do have to get up and running quickly, but with our firm you are a part of a team that will help you do that. As you know, we have a week of training that will allow you to learn about the firm, the industry, and your specific role. I am surprised to hear that you feel you did not have enough guidance. We invest a lot of time in our new hire trainings and want everyone to feel comfortable and ready to go when beginning their role.       Pros

      A lot of room for growth, potential to make a lot of money, independence, centrally located in NYC-easy commute from anywhere, fast paced corporate environment with hard working people and excellent very thorough hands on training.

      Cons

      A lot of information to absorb when you are brand new but will get easier with time! If you are looking to slack off and not work hard this isn’t the environment for you.
