I have been working for this company for over a year now. All staff (up to senior management team) is always available to answer my emails/calls, additionally all questions/concerns are addressed within 12-24 hours (the latest, usually much sooner than this). I love working for Execusearch as the staff try to get to know you at a personal level to ensure they find the best work setting for you. When i relocated to NYC they were willing to check out apartments for me and also helped me determine which areas were the safest for me, in addition to worth my money. They ensured that my move here was easy and smooth...all the way from paperwork being ready to making sure I had a place to live. They truly care for their employees they hire and they communicate this care via (for example)following up weekly to ensure everything is alright. Very well organized - I am always notified with alot of time when some credential is about to expire to make sure it does not affect me from working (i.e. PPD). They also showed professionalism when it came to me negotiating my new contract; when it came to renewing my contract (raise), they encouraged me ask for what would make me happy. Speaking of salary, very good salary and comparably better compared to other places (flexibility of salary vs hourly). They reimbursed me for all my expenses to relocate… from applications to my NBCOT exam. I have gained a lot of experience -SNF, school, per diem, non-profit, home cases and they have never hesitated to let me try a new setting to figure out where I would be happy. I could go on forever but I definitely do recommend Execusearch to others for their professionalism, care for their employees, organization, and amazing staff to deal with!!!

Rarely there will be an error with payroll, however this error has been corrected within one hour of me reaching out to them.
