      No pros except that they help with H1b

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. They take away 25% from your salary and another 10% for first year. They say that they will return the 10% but they don’t. I had to delay my joining due to some VPN issues. But they did not understand the situation and threatened to terminate me that to without any confirmation whether I am going to work or not. They will try to play with you when you need them. Horrible legal team. They don’t respond especially when you ask them anything Visa related. Rude recruitment team. They don’t tell the actual rate they ask the client for you and pay you less. They don’t help with relocation .

      None. There was not a single positive aspect to this experience.

      Cons

      Nothing but lies, cheats, and in the end, failure to pay for any of my time worked. Thankfully I left when I did so I was not cheated further. Stay away from this pack of gypsies, as they will rob you blind.

      Pros

      I used to work as a consultant for a Texas based consulting company. And my previous employer have applied my H1B extension and got denied multiple times. I had lost my all the hopes to get H1b extension and work in USA. At the right time, one of my friend recommended me to talk to 'Tanisha System' and they were able to help me to get H1B extension without any issue. Not only me, they helped many of my friends to get there H1B and H1B extension. That's not the only pros I can think. - Salary is paid properly (Bi-Weekly) and always on time. - Everything regarding the salary is transparent. - Very easy to connect with the Tanisha's team if have any question - The compensation is great, and also the benefits. Working with the team is pleasant and you can tell they really care about their employees.

      Cons

      There isn't anything negative i can say about Tanisha Systems, since I have never had a bad experience.
