Terrible CRM management - we had a ton of tools and my leadership team still needed to manage their deals in Excel/Google Sheets because Operations moved like molassas. Leadership on all levels, not just high-up is based on neopotism, not skillset or ability to produce. This is a big part of why they are not as successful as they could be with a great product. The IC's at the company probably have it best, but they still screwed them over and didn't take them into account when making decisoins. Messed up a major sales commission payout for months, when it was flagged to finance and HR they did nothing about it for months. They they expected ICs to pay it back immediately months later when they did find it, which of course, they couldn't, but the company didn't have any compassion or take any responsibility,
