      Engineering culture is team dependent but they are usually good.

      Pros

      Initial pay and benefits is great. Hybrid office schedule is really nice. The office I work out of is in a great location. Culture is great so far. There's a collaborative spirit here when it comes to the Engineering/IT side of the company. Lots of opportunities for volunteer work. Company seems to believe in investing in employees as a way to improve the overall company.

      Cons

      Remote work seems to be on the out, so if that's something you're looking for, this might not be the company for you.

      Great technology. Good people. Decent culture.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Lost of turnover. My manager hired me then was gone in less than 30 days.
