Some managers are simply toxic and top leadership does nothing about it. The entire payroll team inherited in 2022 is now gone. They either resigned or were let go abruptly. There has been intimidation and retaliation even for simple errors in Excel formulas. There is no coaching, support, team building, or push for professional growth. Complaints have been raised to HR and top leadership by the payroll team and other departments for months. Unfortunately, there seems to be total oversight. Tanium payroll structure could be a great opportunity to grow your payroll expertise in the U.S. and internationally, but the current manager is a perfect case study of bad management and toxic culture.
