      Leadership has unrealistic expectations of employees.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Poor communication. High turnover on teams due to toxic managers. Unreasonable travel expectations for support employees. Blame culture. No support for growth just a constant level of aggression. Not a trust environment, meaning you can’t trust your peers, managers, skip level, other teams.

      Pros

      Tanium offers a great opportunity to work with some of the best on a platform/product that the industry loves. Compensation is very competitive, and there is room to grow in your career. The work / life balance has been great in my experience as well.

      Cons

      The intensity of the work is thrilling, but not for everyone.

      Tanium is the best kept secret in the security industry. We truly know how to bridge the gap between IT and Security.
