Pay is a joke. I easily got a similar job with another company that paid better. They once closed an entire department for sketchy reasons and laid off all of the employees only to reopen it 6 months later. After that, it felt like there was no job security. Not a fun environment. Management used to care about employee satisfaction and patient care. Things were so much better back then. Now, they only care about money. They bleed the Medicaid and Medicare systems by keeping patients longer than necessary. They claim their employee satisfaction surveys are anonymous but they are not.
