Pretty good benefits, They put forth a good image especially with their talk of the Tanner Way. Unfortunately, it's all talk.

Only cares about census numbers, not appropriateness of care or the safety of patients or staff, favoritism shown in staff, overwhelming work expectations

The most unethical place I have ever worked they do not care about patients only $ would keep patients after Dr. Would say they could be released if their insurance would pay for more days angering psychotic patients more!

Great coworkers. We are fully staffed with dieitians, but may have one opening soon when 1 dieitian leaves to go out of state. Great staff to work with in the hospital. All of the nurses, dietary, and custodial staff are all extremely friendly. Good sized office space. Pay is much better than anywhere else I had applied to before I got this job. I had read a review from last year that said pay was terrible for this position, and I was turned off at first. Once I decided to apply and talked to HR I was very content and even a little surprised. The CNM is great and organized and really let's us do our own thing for the most part. No "micro managing". My experience has been great and nothing like the previous review that I read from last year.

Cons

Workload can vary and you can be expected to stay late some days, but it's not the norm.
