      Pros

      It is a company that you can move up in. Good morals and values.

      Cons

      Once you hit the top out pay, you can only get a one time check of ‘40 hours for your yearly evaluation. Unless the company decides to do a cost of living raise, no chance for yearly raise. Also, the health insurance is not too great.

      Pros

      There are opportunities for upward growth. Nice sign on bonuses and lots of departments to transfer to if, you want to grow knowledge in other areas.

      Cons

      Lots of cliques which lead to unfair patient assignments.
