Pros

Caring people throughout the organization, each truly dedicated to improving the health of our communities. Supportive co-workers and supervisors foster a comfortable workplace and a healthy work/life balance, despite the difficult and sometimes emotionally-draining nature of providing healthcare services. Benefits and pay are very good.

Cons

Facilities are located fairly far from metro amenities (which is sometimes a good thing!); long commute from home to work

Pros

A community based healthcare system that places a very high emphasis on doing what is best for the patient but also keeping in mind the front line employee. Pay is very competitive for the area and Tanner provides an excellent benefits package .

Cons

Current workload is high as all facilities have been full for a long time.
