Tanner is all about the patient and serves the community to the highest standard. Tanner strives to provide an excellent working environment for its employees. Overall Tanner is an excellent place to work.

Cons

Nothing negative about Tanner. Healthcare as a whole is becoming more challenging for everyone with high deductibles and lower payments.
