Better than average benefits in the market but 0 work life balance Pros: Flexible working hours Half day Fridays Good benefits & cares about the development of staffs Friendly colleagues and nice office location

Cons

Cons: Hierarchical reporting to a point where feedbacks get lost somewhere in the dissemination flow Certain leaders impose their old school mindsets on their team members Bad work life balance due to manual workload + being the brunt of cleaning/receiving information on behalf of other country offices Forcing heavy workload and majority of team members being overwhelmed without lifelines (due to the culture of sucking it up)
