Pros

Working here is great. Why? Because Tapingo is dedicated to winning. Tapingo is so dedicated to winning that the only way to properly envision its dedication is to picture the Rocky IV training montage. I'm talking Hearts On Fire, running up a snowy mountain with a log-cabin log on your back, bench pressing an ox cart and pulling your drunk buddy on a sled through the snow type of dedication. Other places may have fancier accouterments but I didn't join a startup for ping-pong and trampolines. I joined a startup for the action. There is plenty of that and I am confident that the exec team will lead us in the right direction. Diversity is another great aspect of this company. There are people from all walks of life that use their talents and skills to make this company amazing. You don't have a to fit a specific profile to work here you just have to be good, dedicated and enthusiastic. Other stuff that doesn't matter to me that is awesome anyway: * Free Beer - Ok that matters and it is great. * Free Snacks - Beef jerky, Cheerios and Cliff Bars (There's other stuff but that's my rotation). * Free Coffee - Super fancy. I like Dunkin. They have that too. * XBox - Haven't won a game yet. * Frequent Happy Hours.

Pros

It's not often that you find a group of people so inspired by the product that they're working on, driven to change every day behavior, and love working with each other, that work doesn't feel like work. That's what working at Tapingo is like. The company is filled with creative freedom, entrepreneurial spirit, and collaboration. People love solving problems and making a difference in the lives of our users. The team is from all over the country/world. We have athletes, karaoke experts, and former board game champions. It's just a great group of smart, diverse folks. A really fun place to work.

Cons

Like every start-up we're learning as we go. So you should be ready to operate in a world where things aren't always defined and to help build out the team and future of the company.

Pros

Hands in Different Pots: Tapingo challenges you to be better then your best. I know that sounds corny, but its true. At Tapingo, you will be challenged creatively to find ways to increase growth in the most exciting industry. You will have the ability to grow professionally by working in all different fields, vastly increasing your skill sets. You will have ample opportunities to prove yourself to be promoted within the company. An amazing group of individuals who strive for excellence. They are also a fun, corky and a good valued group of individuals who have your back. The Industry: We are in a face paced, electrifying industry working in unique ecosystems. Providing customers with the necessary tools that give their users the ability to better their lives. Trust: I have been working at Tapingo for 3 years. They executive team has always trusted there employees to perform at there highest levels. You need to have trust within a company to be successful. No Micro-Management! Technology: Our technology and product is what sets us apart from the rest. Enough Said! Culture: To be honest when I first started working at Tapingo there was not a lot of fun activities to increase comradery. I think, I know this has changed over the last year. With team building events, Yoga in the office, Go-Kart racing, breakfast every Monday and retreats to Tahoe, Tapingo has developed into a lively culture that is continually growing.

Cons

There is no hand holding, you have to be a self-starter. This is not for everyone. If you want to be challenged and collaborate with hard working individuals then Tapingo is for you!
