Pros

Tapingo is an exciting company that encourages their employees to take an active part in the companies growth and legacy. It is a fast paced and dynamic environment which is conducive to creativity and innovation. The employees are close knit and have great chemistry which allows for a great work environment all round. In my short time with Tapingo I have been given the opportunity to strive for more than I could have imagined. I would recommend this amazing place to anyone!!

Cons

This is the kind of company that requires everybody to take full responsibility and is not recommended for people who do not want to take ownership for part of its history. For grinders only!

Pros

Talented co-works who are great to work with. The product is amazing and start to get high distribution across the US. New beautiful office. Very interesting and challenging work!

Cons

Its a startup, so if you prefer a quiet 9-5 job its not for you. You sometimes need to work in unconventional hours or do unconventional tasks, but this how to work in a very dynamic environment.

Terrible. I wish I could write a novel about it.

Pros

1. Problems, and lot of them--not good problems though. 2. The desks and computers do their job

Cons

1. Horrible coffee--- Can you invest in something that isn't from 7/11? Stop being so cheap. 2. Bad management that instills fear onto their employees--Fear doesn't make us work better, we just look for a better place to work, which we will and have done 3. Hiring people with no experience( what?!?) 4. Management have NO IDEA how to run a company--none of them have worked in the tech space OR the mobile space. 5. We work hard. Can we have a free lunch please? Stop being so cheap, or we'll leave(which we will and have) for company that actually gives us a free lunch for our super hard work. AKA STOP BEING SO CHEAP 6. Work Hard, Play hard? No play, cause management doesn't take us out, which leads to no culture and low morale. AKA STOP BEING SO CHEAP 7. Figure out a plan. Yes, you needed more funding-- is it cause your sales funnel is dry? MAYBE THAT FUNDING CAN BE USED TO TAKE US OUT, and your sales reps won't quit. K thanks. 8. Can you figure out how to Scale? This company SHOULD be at about 80+ by now. 9. Stop being so flipping cheap. Start with the coffee, and maybe someone to do the dishes too.
