Pros

ignorant team, nobody cares even if do not work

Cons

- It's a small company with ZERO projects in hand and mainly dependent on providing consultants to VOLVO. -No career growth as there are very less inhouse projects and no scope for learning & implementing new technologies. - Same salary for everyone irrespective of your performance. - Very unprofessional and bad when it comes to appraisals and promotions. I was in a situation where they did not pick calls or respond to mails for 3 months.

Dear ex colleague - I am saddened by your feedback. I take responsibility for your experience. One thing I must correct is that we have many projects in the firm and do not depend on one client. We are a 25 year old Payments leader and have products under deployment in several countries abroad. We also have AI projects going on. We should have exposed you to some of these work and that would have been mutually beneficially. Good luck in your ongoing journey.
