1. Good Salary offer 2. Good exposure to new technologies 3. Learn and grow 4. Good clients. Core business is to hire people for clients. Send them as a contractor to other clients. Hiring, salary, hike totally depend on the client.

Service company. In-house projects are few. Less work life balance
