Pros
The leadership team are very friendly ,down to earth and approachable. Have imbibed the Nordics culture in principle which is very empowering. They pay well along few other goodies like free lunch, quarterly team outing, Pizza party during All Hands, lot of fun activities etc.
Cons
Employer PF contribution is not 12% of CTC but fixed amount.
Not very process oriented company (which is good in a way)
No hybrid/remote work model
