Pros

- They offer good money if you are good, unlike MNCs. - Some technologies like MS have got good projects, at least you wont be sitting idle -Onsite opportunities for guys working in MS stack -flexible hours and young management. -Overall ok, not as bad as MNCs

Cons

- Lacks vision, needs their own identity, dependent on swedish company. -Off-late there have been firings in the organization. -MD at India facility needs to discipline himself, should buy better/decent clothes for himself to set an example for others and build a professional environment , god damn he comes in a chappal/sandals to office.

Pros

Nice open environment. Culture is good. People are awesome. It has always been a great place for new challenges, no doubt! Occasional events are nice enough. Flexible working hours, Work from home option is very nice.

Cons

Dire need of Sound managers, understanding management and a vision. Work load is alright and depends on the solutions in action but there are no contingency plans ever. A developer may be fired for a Manager's mistake! If you want to leave the organisation after serving 5 years loyally, they treat you like Aliens and want you to serve till the 90th day! *lack of good managers *lack of proper planning before jumping into new projects *no respect to loyal employees.
