1. It's garments company culture within the team --> Too much micro management and PM will treat you like a garments company employee, Mostly every project management people are same in SAP. 2. Mask Face --> Two side of faces for promising about the flexibility and work life balance, But after joining you will see the other side of faces, Worthless people. 3. People who are all working there for longer time will do dominant and no helping minded. 4. Work Hours --> you will be expected to work around 12-15 hrs most of the days and also weekends. Irrespective of the work complexity you should complete the work and they will order you to work. 5. Though many mid level company culture maintain the flexibility and work life balance, Tarento lacks to maintain such cultural here. Mental peace will be destroyed completely with the people behaviours. Not Recommended at all for Good Employees🙏... If you are a chapri, then it may be a right choice.
