Good work life balance. Lot of internal trainings are provided to improve technical and communicational skills. Good colleagues. Salary is not a constraint if you have the skills. Good clients. Direct interaction with clients.

Cons

Onsite opportunities are very less as the organization focuses more on off shore development support. Majority of the clients are from Sweden.
