Good senior colleague who gives support all the time in learning and improving the skills and knowledge.

Cons

Project Managers are not technical and they cannot truly understand the work being done or set realistic deadlines for tasks. Lot of politics is there in management. Preference is given to the employees whom they like and employees who used to butter up.
