Company do not bother to ask you what is going on until and unless they making a profit out of you. Managers put pressure on you to work. 40Hrs task you might need to complete in 10 Hrs. They need output, not standards. Later if anything goes wrong it will come to you again. Managers give you only half of the requirements. Documentation is far away from reach. They do not bother about your tech stack. You need to know everything. Sometimes you will forget what you are good at. They may ask you to do anything within a short time which you never know.
