Pros

Downtown location, nice salary though non-competitive, and the work is manageable. The day-to-day workers are nice.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, distasteful, and micro manages. The processes are outdated as well as the systems and business practices. Company does not understand compliance on all levels and the atmosphere is abrasive, uncomfortable, and stressful. Would not recommend.

Pros

The company has a good set of benefits and market average or a little above pay rate. The field teams are hard working and welcoming when corporate staff comes out on projects. The leadership team has been very successful in this mid-stream space. The leadership is very approachable and cordial.

Cons

HR does not offer the independence that should be there when problems are presented and was slow to address issues with mid-level directors.
