The company has a lot of great young analysts who are friendly.

Cons

Analyst development program is not what it's advertised to be and is ruined by politics from the management. HR and many other crucial departments are non existent and functions are outsourced. Salary is below average and raises are hard to get.

Pros

Downtown location, nice salary though non-competitive, and the work is manageable. The day-to-day workers are nice.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, distasteful, and micro manages. The processes are outdated as well as the systems and business practices. Company does not understand compliance on all levels and the atmosphere is abrasive, uncomfortable, and stressful. Would not recommend.
